All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada.
Charms, stickers, buttons, pins, pencil cases, postcards and any other small items are shipped in a bubble envelope, backed with a thick acid free backer board.
Prints are rolled and protected in a plastic sleeve, secured with two elastic bands and shipped inside a mailing tube.
Orders are shipped with tracking through Chit Chats or Canada Post, with some rare exceptions where tracking may not be available to certain countries.
Orders are shipped around 5-7 days after purchase.

Orders cannot be changed once they have been shipped.
Due to the new USA tariffs, orders to the USA may take more time to arrive and be subject to tariff fees.
